We have 6,000 years of great civilization behind our back. Above all though, every day, we leave behind the cold winds that blow from the north of Sardinia. A mountain chain that rises for a short stretch of the south-western coast shields Forte Village, giving it the mildest temperatures, in every season.
A delightful island, all to be discovered. That is Sardinia at Forte Village. Meeting over? Relax? Let’s get away, on a mountain bike, on horseback or in a comfortable jeep. It’s adventure time. Few minutes away from our resort, the Mediterranean’s most exciting beaches, the ancient Roman theatre at Nora, the Medieval beauty of Cagliari and its splendid salt works. Going further afield, the Giara di Gesturi plateau and its wild ponies, “Il Nuraghe”, the ancient stone complex at Barumini, and the spectacular remains of industrial archaeology at Nebida and Piscinas.
What about the sea? A sheet of glass that even the sky envies.
